The living room is equipped with a coffee bar with reverse osmosis filtered water, 55 inch flat screen smart TV, Blu-ray DVD player and in unit WIFI. The living room is designed with 5 panels of ceiling to floor sliding glass doors opening to a large oceanfront balcony also accessible from the master bedroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a flat screen TV and a king size bed. The custom decorated master bath is designed with a large walk in shower and walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom with adjoining bath has 1 twin bed, 1 full/twin bunk bed and HD Roku Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances including stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Free Wi-Fi is available in the unit.
Included are two beachfront chairs with umbrella from Memorial Day-Labor Day (subject to availability for the 2025 season), two ocean front pools and hot tubs on a raised deck overlooking the beach with plenty of lounge chairs, twenty four hour security and covered parking.
